Ma. Teresa Mañón
Director
Tere has been the IWM director since 2007.  She is originally from Mexico and holds a B.A. in Psychology as well as a M.A. in Human Development.  With over 25 years of work experience in areas such as clinical psychology and marketing research, she adds much to the program.

Clare Strockbine
Asst. Director
Clare comes to the program with a variety of experiences and a great deal of passion. She has earned a B.A. in Communication/Spanish at the University of Scranton and a M.A. from the University of Dayton in Pastoral Ministry. She spent time as a missionary in Ecuador, and has worked in non-profit ministries both in the U.S. and abroad. She feels humbled and excited to be working with IWM.
