Application process

Preliminary inquiry: Informal discussions about the program can take place during any time with the IWM office to assist in the discernment process.

Written application materials: The written application materials are available from the IWM office.  (or you can fill out the application forms here) Applications received before or after the deadline will be processed in the order they are received.

Interview process: After completing the written application materials, a formal interview will be conducted with IWM staff and support people.  The interview will include a brief conversation in Spanish in order to assess your conversational level.

Psychological screening: Each applicant must participate in a psychological screening arranged by the IWM office.

Decision and invitation: The process of making the decision of whom to invite into the program involves the collaboration between IWM staff and the Selection Committee.
When this process is completed, IWM will notify the applicants of the decision. The program expects a tentative acceptance or non-acceptance from the invited applicant.
