APPLICATION PROCESS CHECKLIST

For the application process of Incarnate Word Missionaries, all steps must be completed. Applications received before or after these dates will be processed in the order they are received.

Step 1) The following written items must be received at the IWM Office by the
DEADLINE DATE of FEBRUARY 1st.

Items needed to complete written application:

APPLICATION FORM Download Application Form
RECENT PHOTO of yourself
3 LETTERS OF RECONMMENDATION by references listed on application Download Recommendation Form
AUTOBIOGRAPHY Download Autobiography Form
COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM Download Medical Form

Step 2) The following items must be arranged and completed through the IWM Office once all the written materials are received.

Oral interview with IWM office either by phone or in person including Spanish interview when applicable (IWM director will set this up with you)
Psychological report (IWM director will set this up with you)

Step 3) The IWM office will process your application by meeting with the Selection Committee and send you an invitation or non-invitation to join the program. If invited, the applicant should fill out the acceptance from and return it in a timely manner in order to give the IWM office and the applicant sufficient time to arrange for missionary service.
